Vision and Mission statement for TEA

As the only national association appealing to the needs of teachers and future teachers of English at all levels;
TEA is concerned with helping to better the overall competencies of teachers of English in Austria
 by a commitment to excellence through international cultural exchange. 
Of equal importance, TEA is also a platform for the exchange of ideas that leads to overall improvement in the
effective teaching of the English language. 

TEA accomplishes it goals by offering its members an online monthly newsletter,
by producing and distributing the only national ELT magazine ELT News, 
by offering various workshops throughout Austria during the year, 
by holding its summer school in August  
by its international conferences that take place once every second year
and by offering its members various valuable discounts. 

Additional activities that help promote TEA's commitments may also take place during any specific calendar year.
