She studied English at the University of Vienna and in Boston. She has specialized in curriculum design and teaching English to YL. During the school year 2005/6 she led a sucessful pilot project of teaching English at an Austrian elementary school in Vienna. She holds a CRLA Tutoring Certification, is an English language trainer at the Austrian VHS and has had five years of hands-on experience in full immersion education.

As a TEA committee member she would like to actively participate in event organisation, PR and YL.
