Claudia joined the TEA committee in 2002. She has been a teacher of English at Schulen des bfi Wien since 1996 where she teaches in both day and evening school.

She is also a trainer of English in the bfi Wien and WIFI courses and prepares students for the Berufsreifeprüfung.

Since 2001 she has been head of the project "HAK/HAS bfi meets Haupt- and Mittelschule" and since then she has also been teaching English conversation at various Kooperative Mittelschulen in Vienna.

She is co-author of Das brauchen SchülerInnen für die BMHS, a series of photocopiable materials and Durchstarten zur BHS-Matura published by VERITAS as well as Foucs on Modern Business published by VERITAS and Cornelsen.

Claudia is also head of the ARGE in Vienna as well as teacher trainer at the PI der Stadt Wien, the PI des Bundes and other PIs in Austria.

She is in charge of the business side and the layout of the ELT News and represents TEA in her function as chair on a national and international level.
